If your order arrives damaged, is missing an opener, is the wrong item, or does not arrive, email brodie@andersskincare.com with your order number. We will review the problem and arrange a replacement of the exact set or a full refund. If we cannot provide the advertised two-piece set, we will refund you in full. We may ask for photos of damage or the contents of a package so we can resolve the issue with our fulfillment partner. Your refund or replacement is handled by Jarry, whether or not our fulfillment partner reimburses us.
For other returns, contact us within 30 days after delivery. We will refund the full amount paid to the original payment method and will not ask you to ship the set back. Contact us before sending anything; no customer return address has been established. We will confirm when we issue a refund, and your payment provider controls when it appears in your account.
