- Earlier orders for other products remain covered by the terms that applied when they were placed: archived terms, shipping and refunds for earlier orders.
Shipping
- Shipping is free.
- We ship to addresses in the United States only.
- Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days from the date of your order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
Damaged, wrong, incomplete or not delivered
- If your brush arrives damaged, is the wrong item, is missing parts, or does not arrive, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
30-day refunds
- For any other reason, request a return within 30 days of delivery and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- You do not need to send the brush back, and you pay no return shipping.
Our commitment
- These commitments are ours, whether or not our supplier reimburses us.
